Who we are
This website is operated by The Sun AFH 2 LLC, an adult family home at 2128 105th Pl SE, Everett, WA 98208. Questions about this notice can be sent to Thesunafh@gmail.com or by calling 206-965-0740.
The short version
- This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies.
- We only receive personal information you choose to send us — by phone, email or the inquiry form.
- Please don't send medical records, Social Security numbers, insurance details or other sensitive health information through the website. We can discuss care needs by phone.
The inquiry form
The form asks for your name, a phone number and/or email address, your preferred contact method, the type of inquiry, and an optional message.
When you press "Send inquiry", the form does not send anything over the internet by itself. It opens your own email program with a pre-written message addressed to Thesunafh@gmail.com. Nothing is sent until you choose to send that email. The message is then handled by your email provider and by ours (the home's address is a Google Gmail account).
The form includes a hidden field used to filter automated spam. It does not collect extra information about you.
We use what you send only to respond to your inquiry — for example, to answer questions or arrange a tour. We do not sell it or use it for marketing lists.
Phone and email
If you call or email us, we receive the information you share in that conversation. Email you send is stored in the home's email account.
Map
The Contact page shows an embedded Google Map. When that part of the page loads, your browser connects to Google, which may then collect information such as your IP address and set cookies under Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab). "Get directions" links open Google Maps in a new tab on the same terms.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set cookies. It stores one small flag in your browser's session storage so the opening animation plays only once per visit. That flag contains no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.
Fonts and scripts
Fonts and scripts are served from this website itself. The site does not load fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers.
Hosting
Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. It uses this to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold from your inquiries, or ask us to delete it, by emailing Thesunafh@gmail.com or calling 206-965-0740.
Changes
If the way this website handles information changes, we will update this page and the date above.
